Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and shipped across the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders of AED 800 and above.
  • Orders below AED 800 are charged a flat AED 10 standard shipping fee.
  • Expedited delivery (1–2 business days) is available within the UAE for AED 16.50. Where expedited delivery is offered for other GCC markets, the option and fee are shown at checkout.

All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times — United Arab Emirates

  • Dubai: usually delivered the next day after dispatch.
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: usually delivered within 2 days after dispatch.

Delivery times — Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar

Estimated delivery times for orders shipped outside the UAE are shown at checkout. Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times. Any customs duties, taxes or clearance charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our carriers, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the delivery could not be completed after repeated attempts, re-delivery will be charged at the applicable shipping rate.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer free returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
